Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping and a full refund will be issued. Once the product has been shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

 

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

Since caviar is a fresh product that must be kept under refrigerated conditions we cannot take back open containers. However if you are not fully satisfied with your tasting experience we will gladly offer a discount on any other product. 

If you think the product does not correspond to its specifications - please contact our support team and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

What types of Payment do you accept? - All Standard Payments.

We accept all Payments by Visa, MasterCard or Paypal.

What are your shipping options? - Limited by volume.

Currently we can only offer one standard shipping option. Please see our shipping page for more detailed information on shipping times by zone.

What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us within the first 3 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment center in St-Cesaire, Quebec, Canada.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
